99% could be sufficient (or not)

A 100-foot lengthy boat that’s 99% full goes to sink earlier than it leaves the dock. That gaping gap is greater than sufficient to do it in.

Alternatively, a baked ziti that’s 99% pretty much as good as the most effective baked ziti ever made is precisely adequate to serve in any setting.

Mediocrity isn’t the purpose. Neither is perfection. The query is: what’s the most effective allocation of effort to be able to delight our prospects?
