Allstate Insurance coverage Firm has accused Broadcom of haphazardly issuing audits towards it as a result of the insurance coverage agency determined to not renew its contracts with VMware and CA Applied sciences.
The allegations had been made in relation to a lawsuit that VMware filed towards Allstate in December 2025, in keeping with The Register. Within the grievance, Broadcom alleges that Allstate didn’t adjust to license audits, which Broadcom claims its contract with Allstate requires.
In a June 12 submitting, Allstate advised that Broadcom issued the audits in response to Allstate deciding to finish enterprise with its corporations. Allstate’s assertion reads:
