Training is free, studying is pricey

That’s an entire reversal of the way it was once.

Schools was once measured by what number of books that they had within the library. Entry to programs was restricted. If information was energy, controlling entry was important.

They even name it the ‘admissions workplace.’

A part of the standing that comes from increased schooling is that they managed who might discover the knowledge and who was left behind.
